How It Works

1. Refer Someone

Tell a friend, family member or colleague who is building a new home about PADinspections.

There is no need to provide us with their personal details. Simply share our details or this webpage with them and let them decide whether they would like to contact us.

2. They Book a Full Stage Inspection Package

The person you refer contacts PADinspections and books a qualifying full stage inspection package.

They simply need to provide your name when making their booking so we can record the referral.

3. Receive Your $100 Bunnings Gift Card

Once the referred client’s first stage inspection has been completed and the relevant invoice has been paid, your referral becomes eligible for the reward.

PADinspections will then arrange a $100 Bunnings Gift Card as our thank you.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: The referral program is available to existing customers of PADinspections Pty Ltd. The referral reward is separate from, and does not form part of, the price or consideration for any inspection service purchased by the referrer.
• Qualifying referral: The referred person must book a qualifying full stage inspection package with PADinspections Pty Ltd and provide the referrer’s name at the time of booking.
• Full stage inspection package: For the purpose of this program, a full stage inspection package means a multi-stage new home inspection package confirmed as such by PADinspections Pty Ltd. Standalone stage inspections, reinspections and other individual inspection services do not qualify unless PADinspections Pty Ltd confirms otherwise in writing.
• New stage inspection client: The referred client must not already have an existing full stage inspection package booking with PADinspections Pty Ltd at the time the referral is made.
• When the reward is earned: The $100 Bunnings Gift Card becomes payable once the referred client’s first inspection under the qualifying package has been completed and the relevant invoice has been paid in full.
• Reward delivery: PADinspections Pty Ltd will arrange the $100 Bunnings Gift Card within a reasonable period after the referral qualifies. The gift card may be provided electronically or physically.
• One reward per referral: One $100 Bunnings Gift Card is available per qualifying referred client/new build. If more than one person claims the same referral, the first eligible referrer recorded by PADinspections Pty Ltd will be recognised.
• Multiple referrals: Existing customers may refer more than one person and may receive a reward for each separate qualifying referral, subject to these terms.
• Self-referrals: Self-referrals and referrals involving the same person or parties purchasing the same stage inspection package are not eligible.
• Other referral arrangements: Employees, subcontractors, agents and persons receiving a separate commission or referral payment from PADinspections Pty Ltd are not eligible under this customer referral program unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Privacy: The person being referred should contact PADinspections directly. Referrers should not provide another person’s personal information without their permission. PADinspections Pty Ltd will not disclose inspection findings, property information or other private client information to the referrer. Where a referred client nominates a referrer, PADinspections may confirm only that a qualifying referral has occurred for the purpose of providing the referral reward.
• Gift card conditions: Bunnings Gift Cards are subject to Bunnings’ own gift card terms and conditions. The referral reward cannot be exchanged by PADinspections Pty Ltd for cash or another benefit unless otherwise agreed.
• No affiliation: Bunnings is not a sponsor of, associated with, or responsible for the PADinspections referral program. Bunnings and its trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
• Misuse: PADinspections Pty Ltd may refuse or cancel a reward where there is reasonable evidence of a duplicate, fraudulent or deliberately misleading referral claim.
• Changes to the program: PADinspections Pty Ltd may amend, suspend or withdraw the referral program at any time. Any change will operate prospectively and will not affect a referral reward that has already been earned in accordance with these terms.
